We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit this website and how we use it.

3. Hosting / server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits, in particular:

• IP address
• Date and time of the request
• Requested page / file
• Browser type and version, operating system
• Referrer URL

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Where a data processing agreement is required, one has been concluded with the provider.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (company, name, phone, email and your message) is transmitted to us so we can process your enquiry. To deliver these messages we use the form service Web3Forms (Nextonlabs OÜ). Your form data is processed by this provider on our behalf and forwarded to our email inbox.

• Purpose: handling and responding to your enquiry.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual / contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
• Provider privacy information: web3forms.com/privacy-policy
• Retention: we delete enquiry data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website currently loads the "Oswald" web font from Google Fonts servers. When doing so, your browser establishes a connection to Google and transmits your IP address. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

Recommendation: for maximum GDPR safety the font can be self-hosted so no data is sent to Google. Ask us to switch to self-hosted fonts if you prefer.

6. Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
